  A mix of good and bad. The good - some really good deals - bought a PC that was a steal. Jewelry is surprisingly good. The Bad - some of the food items are only sold in such huge quantities a couple (like wife and I) would have most of it go bad before we could eat it all, and MANY of the deals are one-time - you get something and like it, go to buy it again, and they don't carry it any more.

  High marks for having a great selection and excellent prices. 2 stars taken away because I always spend more time waiting in line than I do shopping. Always!

  I had the absolute WORST customer service from the early morning manager. My husband is deployed and yet no accomadations would even be attempted to help with the situation, despite having POA. She made it very clear that she didn't have the time to waste trying to help me nor did she want her employees doing it either. I would NEVER recommend this membership to anyone! I would like to say a huge thank you to the two customer service reps who attempted to assist. They were extremely nice and tried everything they could to help make the situation right.
