  The employees were all fun and games until one of the employees could not find the appropriate size in the system. The older gentleman that measured my other half was great and agreed the jacket they were trying to put him in did not fit. The younger employee basically told us you are renting what do you expect and if you were buying then maybe we could work with you. So basically to them $200 means nothing. When my other half finally got upset and said well I guess you are going to do what you want the younger employee told him again he was renting and he didn’t need to get rude. The time spent on the problem was less than five minutes it was basically nothing or a jacket that was two sizes to big. We will definitely not be using them for our wedding. Every customer should have good service and shouldn’t be based on renting or buying or what.

  Tried to rent a tux for a wedding so they measured me up got everything ordered and told me to wait for it to come in. Well today I'm supposed to pick it up and none of the items are fitted except for the shirts neck and wrists. Everything else on the shirt makes it seem like it's for a guy that weighs 50 pounds more then me. Then I tried on the suit jacket and that wasn't a slim fit or anything so again it was meant for someone a good 50 pounds more then me. The only thing that fit somewhat well was the pants and when I asked to get a slim fit jacket or something that actually fit they told me it would cost more money to get it on a rushed order. I don't understand why they have everything come in two days befor the event if they they can't fix any mistakes and charge the customer more if anything needs to get reordered. I think this will most likely be my last event through mens warehouse
