- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆August 07, 2019, by Donna VoigtThey did a great job installing our fence when we purchased our home- but they have been horrible when it comes to repairs. The landscape company damaged our fence in August and 2 months later contracted with Arcadia for repairs. Arcadia clearly has no interest in doing the repairs despite promising to get the repairs done within a few days. There were a number of inquiries with with responses indicating repairs were imminent - they did not show up, when scheduled and caused us needless lost wages and travel - without so much as an apology. They are arrogant, dismissive, and unresponsive. It is now nearly April and no repairs have been performed. I cannot recommend them - they are a zero in my book.
