I feel at home and have since day one! For me this has litterally been life saving. There is something for everyone! Wouldn't recommend any other place! I look forward to many more years of practice here.

I have not yet met an instructor who was anything less than enthusiastic to modify for those with prior injuries or limitations. The locker room is always clean as are the yoga and fitness rooms. Their pricing is comparable to other studios in the area, but their service is better and their schedule covers more times.
