Then both the owner and his wife declared bankruptcy to avoid having to pay us and multiple other subcontractors. If you research the business it has been called integrity homes, integrity builders, integrity, etc over the yrs. Playing the bankruptcy scam along the way to walk with potential buyer and contractors hard earned money.
