  I got a laptop, with in 3 months it crashed off of an update. They wanted to send the laptop off for 3-4 weeks they also wanted me to pay for the time it was in repair, the sales associate told me it was good for my college work I got it home to write a paper and there was no Microsoft office on it I had to pay out of pocket for this. I feel they deliberately mislead me just to make the sale. I will follow up when the issue of the crashed laptop is resolved
